Just this one story, as is fitting this holiday weekend.
It’s Sunday, May 28, 2023.
I spent many hours partying tonight with friends and friends of friends.
Tomorrow morning, I will join my fellow human rights commissioners as we march to honor those who gave their lives in service to our nation.
I leave you just this one story, which I found and pitched to my editor at the Los Angeles Blade. Other than composing and sending an email to get more info, I did nothing; he did all the work to share this important story with you and the world. And it’s also important that he didn’t hesitate, because hate takes no holidays.
So even though, as a freelancer, I can take a night off as I so choose, Brody Levesque doesn’t rest. He knows the extremists are always lurking, spreading lies, and it’s up to him to counter that propaganda with the truth.
